Opening & Reception hours
As a small, low-cost charity, we are only directly contactable by phone for a limited number of hours on 07392 612771. You can leave us a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as we are able to.

Our counselling sessions take place in Southwick on:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings (6pm – 9pm)
Saturday morning (10am-1pm).
