As You Are Centre (known to us as AYA) has been providing counselling and other therapeutic services since 2007, achieving charitable status (1147468) in January 2012.
We offer low-cost and affordable counselling to those living across Sussex.
We provide individual counselling.
Where funding allows, we also facilitate group work.
As You Are is a reputable organisation offering counselling placements for counsellors in training. We are known for the provision of accessible and quality professional CPD training.
As a low-cost counselling charity, we are able to offer our services with significant thanks to our amazing team of trustees, supervisors and volunteers. We are proud of the reputation that AYA has gained and sustained across the local community, and hope to continue to earn this positive reputation.
AYA is registered with The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) which means we adhere to their standards and ethical practices.
